NetEngine Download Center

Please check this site for any updates (patch file or product manual) for NetEngine products. Patch updates maybe downloaded and installed on your product for improvements, bug fixes and added features. Product manuals are updated periodically, please check for any updates.

For installation of updates, please follow the instructions below:

1. Download the appropriate patch file to a local computer in the same network as NetEngine product. Please check to make sure that downloaded file is for the product that you're about to update.
2. Before making any updates to the OS, be sure to perform a full back up of your system is that is appropriate for your organization.*
3. The downloaded patch file may be copied to the network share of the NetEngine product or left in the local computer.
4. From the Update section of the web administration, click on Browse NAS Shares to locate the file in the network share, or click on Browse Local Computer to locate the file in the local computer.
5. Select the patch update and the patch will be shown in the web administrator’s field.
6. Click on the Update button; the update process will start immediately.
7. Reboot NAS upon display of message Update successful, reboot the system.

Note: You may choose to reboot the product at anytime but updates will NOT take place until reboot has been executed.
